WORLDWIDE TORTAS does not offer refunds and provides exchanges only within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached and proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for all return shipping. Sale items, limited drops, custom orders, and worn or damaged items are not eligible. Exchanges are subject to availability.
